Posted: Wed Jan 13, 2016 6:41 Post subject: Linksys EA-6100 Support: I am trying to determine if I can install dd-wrt on a Linksys EA6100. I haven't found anything saying it isn't supported, but I also haven't found anything for the Mediatek chip. I have attached the photos of the internals.
A Linksys Smart Wi-Fi Router with Bridge Mode capability (E4200v2, EA2700, EA3500, EA4500) For Linksys Smart Wi-Fi Routers, the steps below are only applicable if they are using the classic web-based setup page. If you have a Linksys Smart Wi-Fi, you can set your router to Bridge Mode by following the instructions here. 17/08/2017 Had a hard time getting back to stock, well it flashed fine through dd-wrt, but I reset to factory defaults then could not get back in to the router until I held the reset button on the linksys for 1 minute during power on, now I am back to stock, I restored my settings, hopefully all stays good. 4.
